and always do everything we can to ship ASAP, usually within 48 hours.
- Products orders that are mailed in with checks or money orders will be held
until payment clears.
- The Post Office That Brings Your Local Mail Is The Carrier Responsible for
Delivering Your Order To You, unless delivery is by Federal Express.
- All products also have shipping costs. The estimate you see will be adjusted to reflect the best possible shipping method.
- All prices subject to change without notice. All products based on availability.
We also reserve the right to substitute paper for hardcover and vice versa
based on publisher\'s availability.
- Customer is responsible for any/all destination duties, taxes, etc.
- Any products returned by any postal service/governmental agency as unclaimed
or undeliverable for any reason whatsoever will result in all postage/charges
incurred being charged to customer\'s card.
- Any order returned as unclaimed or undeliverable for any reason whatsoever
will result in a $50 handling charge being charged to the customer.
- Refund Policy: No Refunds. No exchanges. Any defective product will gladly be replaced
within 90 days for original purchaser with proof of purchase from NLP Seminars
Group International. All defective items returned must have a return authorization
number. Any items returned without a return authorization number will not be honored as a return.
- Due to the nature of multi region DVD players, DVDs may play on many players
but we cannot test all available players around the world. These products
are not guaranteed outside the US on players that are not US NTSC and international
sales are final with no "replacement for defects" guarantee.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without prejudice and for
any reason whatsoever.
- Any illegal or misuse of these products, including copyright violations
and/or unauthorized duplication may result in prosecution.
What to Know About Reselling Products
- We prosecute credit card fraud and report all information to necessary authorities.
